This Upgrade/Installation is for StandAlone Machines or Servers ONLY. Client workstations will be automatically upgraded if you were previously using ICS-Windows version 7.0.

Pre-Download Checklist The following conditions must be met BEFORE running the upgrade: Be sure your machines comply with the list of Requirements for Ics-Windows Complete Month End Processing Month end is processed, closed, and you have updated to the next new period. No data or transactions of any kind have been entered in the new period. Verify that your month end disk or file was successfully created. Obtain the password from the I.O. ICS-Windows Hotline (888-427-4946) if you have not already received it in a letter before installing ICS-Windows Version 7.5 on your system. You will be able to download without the password, but you will be unable to install. Back up your data tables and reports.

Clicking on the 'Request ICS75 Download' link at the bottom of these instructions brings a window asking for information about your Local. After we receive your Local information, you will be sent an email containing a download link. Open the email and click on the link. You will be prompted by your web browser to "Save" the file. Network Users: Save the file to the ICSWIN share on the server. Standalone Users: Save the file to the ICSWIN directory.
